Consortıum Structure
The starting point of this project stemmed from a collective endeavor to harness the distinct capabilities and knowledge base of each participating organization. Following the clarification of the project concept note, a meticulous assessment of our respective networks and potential collaborators was conducted. This outreach was predominantly facilitated through electronic correspondence, utilizing channels such as email and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn. The aim was to identify partners whose proficiencies and interests were synergistic with the project's objectives, fostering a collaborative foundation for its execution. The researchers from the applicant organization have already partnered with another project with partner organizations and offered the partnership for this proposal. After the formation of the partnership process, we discussed the whole partner's strengths and started to project writing and submitting process.
TMC: As the oldest NGO in the field of microbiology society, brings a wealth of practical experience among microbiology staff and an understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by practitioners. The society serves a diverse staff base, providing an opportunity for microbiology laboratory practitioners to develop a wide range of skills and competencies.
Unıversıdade Do Mınho: The Universidade do Minho is a public university that offers a wide range of educational programs and conducts research in various fields. They have a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies and best practices in the microbiology field, which can inform the development of training modules.
Unıversıdad De Granada: As a reputable and rooted is a public comprehensive research university with ca. 55,000 students, 3,700 academics, and 2,600 administrative and support staff. They have specialized departments or units, providing opportunities for the microbiology and biosecurity field to gain expertise in specific healthcare domains.
